I was really pleased with PJ properties, they owned both our house and the house next door, so when we had issues with paper thin walls between the two attic rooms PJ's soundproofed both sides of the wall. They got experts in so that it was a really good job and spent the time and money to ensure both tenants in both houses were happy. This made my time in the house so much better! They were very good at getting things fixed quickly and replying to emails. I would stay in one of their houses again! Thanks to everyone at the property shop!

My girlfriend and I (a young, professional couple) rented a property with this company for 3 years (2010-13) and we had an extremely positive experience. Any problems were dealt with efficiently and promptly. Mark, our landlord, went out of his way to sort out everything we asked for almost immediately and was generally an excellent landlord. We would definitely recommend this company.

Had a great time living at a 2 bed flat managed by PJ properties- the property was affordable as well as modern, with the parking a true godsend. PJ were always very quick to respond to my questions via email and any maintenance requests (minor requests at that!) were dealt with in a timely manner. Professional from the onset and throughout, would highly recommend.

Stayed in one of the houses PJ Properties managed in my third university year. Had absolutely no issues and the company were pleasant and approachable, dealing with any requests promptly and efficiently. The process of moving in was made very simple and also when handing over the property to the next tenants. Would recommend to any student!

I have rented a student house with PJ Properties for two years. I would not hesitate to recommend renting a property from them. They are very good communicators and if you ever need anything repaired they will get it sorted as quickly as possible. The price of rent is extremely competitive. The whole experience with them has been a positive one which you do not always find with student letting agents.
