This gorgeous maisonette sleeps 5 people and with the use of the sofa bed can accommodate 7. It's the perfect holiday accommodation for families and friends visiting Lytham. It was also built in the 1800s and has been newly refurbished in 2019 to an exquisite high standard. Pippin Lodge is the height of luxury, with a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area and a hall including a washroom.
Lytham is a Lancashire coastal gem located on the Fylde Coast overlooking the Ribble Estuary and Southport and short distance from the bright lights of Blackpool! A cosmopolitan seaside resort with a long picturesque promenade lined with well tendered lawns and pretty parks leading onto Fairhaven boating lake.
We all loved the apartment. Really spacious, plenty of room for our party of five adults two children and small dog. Apartment fitted and maintained to a very high standard and the location is excellent right in the centre of Lytham. Jonathan the owner is very attentive and welcoming. We will definitely make a return visit.

What a gem of a find, right on the main street of Lytham surrounded by cafes, restaurants and great pubs. The apartment was superbly appointed, modern with a touch of cosy country in its fixtures and furnishings. Mine host, Johnathan met us on arrival, welcomed us with a Bottle of champers and generally advised us where to eat and drink in Lytham. Nothing was too much trouble, extra towels were delivered promptly when requested. Definitely will be going back to Apple Lodge on our next UK visit.

As ex-Lytham residents we had our expectations, but these were comfortably surpassed. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. We booked online directly from the Apple Lodge website, without issue. Arriving in the cold and dark (it was Lytham in March after all :-)), we were warmly greeted by Jonathan who introduced us to our lovely bright home for the next 10 days.....even showing us how to light the gorgeous feature-gas-fire. Inside all was immaculate and cosy with a contemporary feel. Loved the fresh tulips! The spacious lounge looks onto the High St. which was great to watch the

We know Lytham from previous dog friendly holiday cottage weeks, but wanted somewhere special and dog friendly for a couple of nights for my wife's birthday, so were happy to spend a bit more than usual. We were not disappointed, it's a fabulous large flat in as new condition and was perfect for us.We agree with all previous positive reviews re position, parking, size and facilities, and met owner Jonathan before we left who wanted to make sure everything was OK.

This is without doubt the most beautifully and tastefully decorated and furnished apartment in the area. The owner is wonderful, perhaps the most accommodating and so happy to advise on what to do, where to go, eat and enjoy life in the area he loves. Mistake to not book if you you need anything from 1 to 3 bedrooms in the area. So private in terms of entrance and living but so spectacularly located in the heart of Lytham you would never know you were there.

Lovely place to stay right in the centre of Lytham, lots of little shops, pubs and restaurants plus the train station is a 5 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and well furnished with washing up liquid, toilet roll, soap, tea towels etc provided, also a bottle of prosecco! Jonathan greeted us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. Will definitely be going to the Apple Lodge again!
