It has been providing accommodation for families and couples for over 25 years. Perfectly located to explore many of Blackpool's top attractions.
The apartments and houses cater for a variety of needs, sleeping from anywhere between 2 to 15 people, some apartments are also on the ground floor with easy access. Each offers individual amenities, but as a rule all have a fully fitted kitchen, shower room, digital television and Wi-Fi. Luxury beds, and fresh linen and towels are provided as standard for all our guests.

Functional and in a great location but in dire need of modernising. Unfortunately we picked a weekend of torrential rain and the gutters at the back need attention as they are kept us awake all night, pouring down the windows.
Pros: Fab location with parking, plenty of space, great coffee shop next door, plenty of sundries supplied (loo rolls, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner), good pillows and duvets, beds comfy enough. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Not enough lounge seating or showers for all guests (it would benefit from one more shower, there's enough room for en-suites in most rooms

We really enjoyed our few days at Reads Court in the Neptune Apartment. It was perfect for us, clean, we liked the layout and made good use of the kitchen, it had everything we needed. The location was great, only a short walk to the seafront. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay and responses were very quick, I forgot to arrange an early check in but Milly sorted it out for me on the day of arrival. Mark met us on arrival to help us park and carry my bag in which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend making use of the car parking spaces, it was great not having to

Having stayed previously in 2019 we booked again for 2020 but with Covid restrictions we had to postpone, deferring to this year - throughout this time communication has been fantastic.
When we had to alter the booking to change dates the original accommodation as it wasn't available - the staff were so helpful & re-arranged the booking very quickly. The apartments are fantastic - well laid out, clean & a perfect base for a holiday. The staff are all so lovely & helpful - as they are in the adjoining coffee shop. Highly recommend staying in any of their apartments & using the coffee shop!!

A great location to explore Blackpool. The town centre is just a short walk away and the various attractions are to the north and south as it's centrally located.
We stayed in the Neptune Apartment, which was for the most part very clean and very well equipped. The kitchen is a bit tight for those wanting to cook, but fine as this apartment only sleeps two. One small issue, the sounds from the apartment above came through. It sounded like a herd of elephants when they got up in the morning.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. A great team.

Had a great time and location is spot on for all the main attractions etc. Apartment was 3 floor Townhouse. Could not fault a thing! Had everything we needed in it and very spacious.
Mark was very friendly and great at keeping in contact, replied to any queries straight away! All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Very good with my 2 granddaughters aswell. Mark also helped arrange an extra nights stay for us.
The breakfast supplied was great and plenty there and the cafe below does great rolls in bacon!
