The Warwick Holiday Flats are now run by resident owner, John Plant. John is a veteran in the hospitality industry, having previously owned a number of hotels in the resort since 2001. Located on Banks Street in Blackpool, The Warwick Holiday Flats offer you a selection of 5 well equipped, modern holiday apartments to suit individuals, families and couples all year round.
We are situated just out of the main town, minutes from Blackpool North Railway Station. There are tram and bus stops just 150 yards away, on the promenade, to take you to the Blackpool Pleasure Beach or to Fleetwood and Freeport Outlet shopping. The Grand Theatre, Blackpool Opera House and Winter Gardens Complex, Hounds Hill Shopping Centre and of course Blackpool Town Centre are all within easy walking distance.

Contained within the apartment is a lounge bedroom, a separate kitchen diner, a shower room and a seperate WC. In the studio lounge, you will find an LCD TV, a comfortable double bed made up with fresh clean bed linen ready for your arrival, wardrobe and two comfortable bucket chairs. A wall mounted electric fire provides heating.
Apartment 5 is the largest of our apartments and occupies all of the third floor of the building. It is suitable for two couples or a family. The lounge is situated at the rear of the building and has an LCD TV, 2 cosy two seater sofas and a coffee table. Although there is a large free standing electric fire in the lounge, the apartment is fully central heated.
All prices quoted are correct at time of publication and are based on two people occupying the apartment. An additional guest bed is available, for use in any of the apartments, to accommodate an extra person if required. We do make a small additional charge per night for this service. Please enquire at time of booking as promotional prices may apply for the period you wish to book.

Blackpool North Train Station is just a 3 minute walk from our front door making us easily accessible from across the UK. Direct Trains from London, for example, take just over 3 hours.

Host is very helpful.. we had the 2 bed apartment on the top floor (4 flights of stairs). Apartment is well equipped for 2/3 nights stay, and for a couple with 1 children.. there is no full size cooker.. it has a table top 2 ring and electric grill. But still it's ok for a couple of nights.. the kitchen is well covered for utensils ect, fridge with small box all shelf freezer.. To improve slightly, maybe the tv could be upgraded to a smart tv, fridge, to a full sized fridge freezer, to cater for families or longer staying guests.. Both double beds are warm and comfortable.. only the 1 apartment

We had a very bad situation where we had no room due to the hotel we booked at close by having no electricity. We was almost ready to give up and go home when we came across this place and was lucky as we got the final room. John who was only too happy to have us and let us see the room which was also great and comfortable and felt more homely than most hotel rooms. He was very accommodating.
