Took my daughters phone in which had a cracked screen. Great price and service and even changed the battery. £65 all up for an iPhone 6s. On top threw in a screen protector. Highly recommend. Last visit else where was 85 for screen only.

Brilliant service. Open late, dropped off at 19:30, Alpha managed to get parts that evening and got phone back to me with new screen by early next day. Much cheaper than new phone and so welcome to get great service. Thoroughly recommended.

The service at Alpha Phones is speedy, professional and friendly and it's a relief to know that such a business exists in the locale. I managed to drop my Samsung twice within the space of two months and on both occasions I was able to drop my phone off with Alpha late in the day after I'd finished work and was able to pick it up, fixed, at the end of the next day. I've never had to have a phone repaired before but I really don't feel the need to try another repairer should the need arise again as I feel confident that Alpha will do the best job possible.

Kids broke my iPad screen, was quoted £75 to repair which is the cheapest around. He kept in constant communication about my iPad and unfortunately the battery was also damaged. He sent me a video of the damage and explained what needed to be done. Gave me a very good quote to replace the battery.
Will definitely use them again and would also recommend to anyone who listens

About a week ago, I needed the screen replaced on my iPhone 6S after dropping it, and looked through reviews and find great reviews for Alpha Phones and it was local. I called them up and they answered immediately, were very helpful and told me to come over within the hour. The owner actually fixed my phone within 20 minutes on the spot and even gave me a deal, what a lovely guy! They are slightly hidden inbetween Surbiton and Kingston and they deserve people knowing about them. I highly recommend them! Thank you!

First Class service. My elderly mother managed to smash her IPad screen. All fixed during the afternoon whilst I was at work, with a great piece of customer service. I recommend that everyone brings their electronic devices to this place as you will not find any better value for money in the area.

This is hands down, the best phone shop ever! Brought in my water damaged iPhone 6, and Alpha went through so much trouble just to fix it for me. By the end of it, you don't even feel like a customer because Alpha treats you like family. Plus, his mom is so sweet and she tends to hang out at the shop sometimes!
