Nearly two years ago we ordered a bespoke staircase to fit in our bedroom. To get all the glass cut angles correct, maintaining the stairs flat due to the non standard rake and getting it all to fit perfectly clearly demonstrates good investment in personnel and equipment. Quick helpful service and a great product all at a very good price.

We are trade customers and have used StairBox a number times now. Always dealt with Damian. A top bloke with great response times. I have fitted both there solid oak staircase and recently fitted a oak veneer cladding system with embedded glass. Extremely impressed with the quality of both and will always return. Great customer service and great products.

Ordered all my own parts to replace the old council stairs, made a mistake so had to call great friendly customer service.
Delivery was quicker than expected and came exactly when they advised. All order delivered and in perfect condition.

Online ordering was fairly straightforward although I struggled to select the tread width I needed. However, I called them up and got great support in amending the order and getting what I needed.
Dealing with them has always been easy and it's obvious customer support is a big deal to them.
Stairs are now installed and I'm really happy with the price and quality - the look is exactly what we wanted in our new build.

I was very impressed on the whole experience, and the product, from StairBox. We attended the showroom and chose an oak staircase with glass balustrade. The showroom experience was courteous, informative and not an overbearing hard sales line showrooms quite often have. We were sent a good online illustration of what we had discussed and given plenty of time, without high pressure sales calls, to make our minds up. The quality of the product met and indeed exceeded our expectations and although I didn't need any assistance installing (Good online videos available from StairBox) I always felt whatever

Everything was first class from the designer tool on the website to delivery and the quality of the product.
