From Softwoods such as Pine and Hemlock to the Hardwoods such as Oak, Sapele and Black Walnut, Lyndale will assure the best quality timber is manufactured into your Staircase radically transforming your home.

Our range of timber folding Loft Ladders come in a selection of different widths and lengths meaning they are able to fit a large number of lofts. These easy and comfortable to use loft ladders come attached to their own hatch meaning installation is quick and efficient. These ladders enable a safe regular use for all customers making storage to the loft much more accessible for all age groups.
Here at Lyndale we have been supplying and installing aluminium loft ladders for over 20 years. The quick and effective installation of these aluminium ladders make access to the loft safe and easy for all ages and with our ladders coming in two and three sections, we can accommodate most heights and loft spaces.

We have just had a new oak and glass staircase fitted this month. The quality and craftsmanship is excellent with a friendly and personal service.
Work carried out over two days with minimal redecorating required. An amazing change to the appearance of the hall way, definitely a Wow factor! Highly recommended, thank you to the team, brilliant!!

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality
Will, the fitter, was really friendly and professional and made a lovely job of putting up a handrail on our stairs. There are quite a few bends but it all fits round nicely. He cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and we were very pleased with the workmanship and enjoyed his company.

From start to finish Lyndale provided excellent service and quality workmanship. They advised us at every stage in the process and we could not be happier with the results, our new stair bannister had totally transformed our house. Would not hesitate in recommending to anyone, in fact our neighbour is already planning theirs!! Big thanks to Martin and Malcom in the office and especially to Will for his excellent work and professionalism - top job!!

From quotation to installation I found Lyndale Stairs a very professional and first class company to deal with. We had a loft ladder with some boarding out of the loft. The craftmanship was superb and would have no hesitation in recommending them. The installation was completed within a day with no mess whatsoever. Covid requirements were completely observed.

I have never worked with such a professional, reliable, honest and efficient company before. Outstanding quality in both work and commitment to the project. They haven’t faltered once. Under the conditions of Covid they maintained their integrity and standards and delivered true to their word. Work was completed in the time scale. They were like the Shoemaker and the Elves. When I returned from work yet another milestone was met each and every day. Superb company.

I recently had a problem opening my loft access door/ladder which had been installed by Lyndale about 20 years ago.
I sent an e mail to them describing the situation and received a call the following day from Malcolm and we agreed a date and time for their engineer to visit.
I received a text from them the day before confirming the engineers name and the time.
Neill Parker arrived early and within minutes had made some adjustments and solved the problem, he remembered doing the original installation.
He left behind a very happy customer and I can honestly say the response and customer care

Fully understand the polarised reviews; if your job goes to plan you will give it 5, if you have an issue you discover that their customer service is truly shocking. Three stars is my average of a 5 star install by Matt, the fitter, and 1 star customer service.
You'll be quoted top dollar. Its up to you whether you accept this but when you do you expect it to cover a top class job and all the nuances. Get a copy of the salesman's notes and check that what is written down is what you agreed to, this document is gospel to them and you don't routinely get a copy. They are very keen on staged payments
