Services
Topflite Stairs are a Midlands-based manufacturer of staircases, balusters and specialists in providing stairs for loft conversions. We were established in 2007 by Richard Cook. After working in a local stair manufacturers for over ten years, Richard decided to set up his own staircase manufacturing company offering the full package, from site surveys to fitting.
We offer a selection of modern, contemporary and traditional stair case styles. Whether you're in need of a modern timber staircase for your mezzanine floor in your contemporary London apartment, or a traditional fluted style balusters in a country dwell, we can design and fit your staircase to your requirements.
Topflite Stairs have manufactured numerous staircases for both refurbishments and new builds. A question we are constantly asked is if certain staircases comply with building regulations. Staircases in your private new build must comply with the new version of the Building Regulations Doc Part K. Flights must have a handrail on at least one side if they are less than one metre wide, and on both sides if they are wider than this.
