The first time I popped in the Hudds branch & what a awesome experience. James in the trade counter apologised for not having the unusual part I required, however tried avidly tried to find an alternative. He went above and beyond the call of duty & sent me to see Charlie in the manufacturing plant. Charlie was equality exceptional & couldn't do enough to resolve my issue, & eventually found some parts that would suffice…which they did!!
Needless to say, my issue was resolved & parts supplied FOC were perfect for the job.

Bought myself some Silicone and Glass Cleaner for my house earlier this month. The customer service couldn't have been any better! I was given updates without a request and was notified a delivery date which all followed through. Super professional and couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks Dortech, I will be back again!

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Ordered a number of items from this company and paid for 5-7 day delivery. After 10 days had passed I phoned to chase the order and was told someone would get back to me, which they did not. I made another 4 phone calls to chase, each one a day apart, every time told they would call me back… nothing.
I ended up claiming my payment back through PayPal.
A very odd way to treat a new trade customer that could have gone on to spend thousands with them each year.
