Ordered a bespoke piece of glass, it took an unnecessarily long time to get the sizing agreed with this company. Our builders had finished by the time it was delivered. They came back to fit the glass only to find it has not been made as per the agreed spec. A partial refund was offered but then withdrawn. Not at all happy with the service I have recieved and I would not recommend this company

I looked for a local company to supply me with a bespoke piece of glass and fixings for a staircase balustrade. Wow am I happy I found Origin.
Nick & Natalie treated me as a very valued customer from the moment I went to their premises.
They took time to understand what I wanted to achieve in my house, helped with the technical advice / building reg's. Nothing was too much. They got it dead right. I fitted the Glass today and it has given us exactly what we wanted to achieve. looks Fabulous.
