We have just taken delivery of our made to measure toughened laminated glass for the window in our pond. From start to finish the process was very efficient and I was kept up to date with everything that was happening with my order. I 100% recommend Binks Balustrades. They installed a balustrade around a roof terrace that I have.
The installation process was brilliant, he came took his templates and what he brought back fit perfectly. The installation was. It's continued to be a busy month at Binks Balustrades with projects including; glass partitions, a spiral staircase and oak. Binks Balustrades have just fitted external glass balustrades to our front terrace and stainless steel handrails up our front and back steps. This was pretty much the final step in a 4 year building project, and of all the suppliers and tradesman that we have dealt with I can honestly say that James was absolutely the best - completely up front and honest about what was needed and whether extra costs were worth it, ultra-responsive, completely reliable and really friendly and easy to deal with. I 100% recommend Binks Balustrades. They installed a balustrade around a roof terrace that I have. It only took 3 visits and it was completed. Great value for money and really professional. They left no mess and were really quick. The aftercare is also great as they left the cleaning solutions for both glass and the stainless steel. If I require another balustrade I will definately use these guys. Thanks James!

Fantastic products and service. We recently worked together on one of our projects for a pub in Bagby, near Thirsk and the glass panels and gate really went well with our canopy providing the client with a fantastic new outside eating area. We will definitely be working together again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for handrail or balustrading.

James and his team installed glass balustrades to two internal staircases for me. From the initial visit to the very end everything was very professional. Having dealt with a lot of trades people recently working with James was a breath of fresh air, if I wasn't available on site I knew that everything was in safe hands and I would be contacted if any decisions needed to be made. We knew from the start that a certain part of the job would be difficult, James dealt with this in a professional and relaxed manner- unlike a lot of trade people these days.
