I was stranded in Esher due to train cancellations.
My phone had died and they had tried to contact me.
I caught them as they were closing the shop and the controller said he would not leave me stranded. He came to collect me, delivered me home and didn’t charge me.

Called in a panic as we'd been let down by someone else at the last minute. Google search found them, as I hadn't heard of them before. Less than 10 minutes after placing the call saying where we needed to go, the driver arrived. Very efficient and courteous service, will use again.

Booked hours in advance for a special meal in memory of someone. 30 mins before it was due we received a call to say that someone else has taken our taxi up to london so we’ve got no options now! Disappointed does not cut it. Highly unprofessional

Apalling service and attitude of the owner/manager/guy who communicated with us on the phone and at the station in Cobham! Avoid and use Uber instead! Booked taxi in advance and was reassured that this will be available upon our arrival at the rail station. Upon our arrival, the guy not only did not have a taxi for us but behaved in the most arrogant and unmannered way imaginable. 20 minutes later, and after we nearly missed the beginning of the classical music concert we were heading to... a Uber car saved the day! Thank you Uber! Never again this Cobham taxi company!

My partner used Cobham cars to get to work from 2020-2021. The management is professional and courteous - qualities lacking in many cab firms today. The cars were generally prompt as well as clean. The drivers were professional too.

Rude people, booking with the lady on the phone was so bad she was extremely rude and judgemental, the driver wouldn’t allow me in to the car until I had paid ,again he was rude , I’ve never had to pay upfront but they were acting strange and rudely towards me!

Not overly impressed. Got taken to the wrong location initially, and then when on the right track he still managed to drive by my road. And got charged over £15 for the pleasure. Perhaps just my driver (whose phone also rang constantly).

The only taxi service who would take us and our dog to the Vets to have her stitches out after our car broke down. Spotless cars, really friendly drivers and helpful operators. Cheaper than the train and much more efficient. Thank you so much xxxx

Helpful on phone and the taxi arrived ahead of time. Our driver was really polite and friendly, while the car was in excellent condition. I'll be using this company again.
Update: since the last review I have used the company again. Great driver, high spec car that was spotless. Would highly recommend.
