If I could give zero stars, I would have! The driver never arrived, and his phone didn't work! Called the company and they had no idea about the booking! I called several times and no one answered! We had to get a different taxi!

Wimbledon Minicabs Airport Transfers serves Wonderful service taxis in Wimbledon! The driver greeted us immediately and took us straight to the taxi. I paid for the upgraded service so we all had a bottle of cold water each which was welcomed after the flight. I had made a mistake with the time of our collection on departure but the driver assured me that he would sort this out, and emailed me to confirm this the following day. Recommended to all.

Booked a taxi to collect us and our baby from the airport. We later realised they are a referral company. They fobbed is off to a 2.5 star rated taxi firm - it arrived over 40 minutes late and then didn’t have a car seat that had been specifically requested. Left us stranded as they couldn’t arrange another car with car seat so we were left for another 1.5 hours waiting for them to not find a replacement car and had to really struggle to get three trains home.
Appalling situation - don’t use this company!
