No. Unlike other companies who may charge different costs at peak times or in the early hours of the morning, we have standard prices. You can pay either by credit/debit card by phone or at our office OR alternatively pay by cash at the office or directly to the driver at the time of the journey. Parking is chargeable to the passenger and is to be paid directly to the driver at the time of the transport, you will be provided with a receipt.

We have been using Sutton Private cab service for Airport drop off and pick up for some time now. On 30th March 2018, we went to Gatwick south and the cab driver who dropped us, asked us to pay £10 in advance for the return journey. We complied. While coming back on 4th April, our driver on the return cab mentioned that we need to pay the whole fare as we did not pay the advance amount. I called the Sutton Private office and the guy who is apparently the manager, started the conversation, “You are LYING. My driver categorically said that you did not pay anything in advance”. Pre paid a for taxi from South Terminal Gatwick Airport.
Taxi was lost around Gatwick as I was told he was a new driver. ...waited from 1815...eventually turned up at 1950...I was promised a full refund. I had my little boy with me.
The full refund was denied ...later I was offered £15 credit ..or cash by the manager who refuses to give me her name.
Have taken legal advise under cunsumer act 2016.
Never using them again.

I waited till 2nd debacle to write a review. First time i saw the £7 for morden on their website and was surprised when the driver asked for £12. The driver was late butbi wasnt in a hurry so didnt mind. Anyhow, i called the booking line to inform them that website is misleading. No action for many months.
Today booked in the morning for afternoon pickup as we had to catch the Paris train and wanted to go via Morden. No car showed up. I called a couple of times and the agent on phone said driver on the way and then said waiting outside. By now i was already 15 mins late standing on the road

Totally incompetent. On 23rd April I phoned this company requesting a collection 30 minutes in advance to collect at Morden Station. When I arrived at Morden station there was no car waiting. When i phoned the office I was told a car would arrive at the station in 5 minutes. When i phoned again 15 mins later I was told there wasn't enough drivers working today. Will never use them again! I missed an important appointment. I now use CSC cars instead.

Booked a return trip and paid for the driver to meet me at the exit point a Terminal 4, guessed what happened? I had to call their office and said a car is on the way! Waited near 30mins at the drop off point and yet still paid for parking fees quoted. Next time, they need to pay me for using the taxi service!
