Over charged!
I filled in the details online for a Gatwick pick up for my daughter and 5 cases, I( had previously done the same trip with 3 people and 4 cases and was charged £50) The quote said £48 which I expected to be higher as the driver has to park. When they got home the driver charged £70. We have used Haydens cars for years and years but that was our last journey. Shockingly over priced! I phone them afterwards but they never got back to me.

If Ryan Air did taxis .... quoted £38 to Gatwick and agreed a standard car would be sufficient with our luggage. When the car arrived the price then magically went up to £43 - apparently just because the driver had to put the seat down to fit the snowboard bag, even though the size of car was fine. AVOID - unfair rip off charges.

Terrible company
Poor service
Car booked hour and a half in advance and still arrived 15minutes late the receptionist only prepared to offer a £1 refund.
I will never use this company again as the response to being late was not sincere they had no interest in the customer and the fact that my mum would now be late to her appointment. This company does not care about the needs of their customers and when they do wrong they are not prepared to make it right.

DO NOT USE -WORST CAB EVER
The worst cab i have ever used in my life . They told me the cab would be with me in 5-10 mins ended up waiting for 40 minutes for the cab to arrive when it did arrive it was parked two roads away .when we got into the cab the driver drove for 3mins then pulled into a side road and demand we pay up front . So im already late to my destination and yet he stops . when we got in the area i asked to be dropped the driver repeatedly put in L into the satnav instead of J so we wasted 10 mins driving around nowhere . was over 40mins late will never use again

I have used Haydons cars on two occasions and have been disappointed both times. Both times the driver who turned up seemed grumpy or even greeted us. Notably the driver who turned up on our second trip had all his grocery shopping and vegetables on the floor of the back seat of the car despite there being space in the boot of the car. He didn't apologise for this in any way or even proceed to remove them so that we could sit properly. We sat with our legs curled up, it being late at night and us being extremely tired and sleepy en route from the airport didn't bother arguing regarding this. Even

I have never had a bad experience. I use Haydon's Cars for airport trips when I need to be absolutely certain that I will be picked up on time. I use the phone app to make bookings, although this didn't work this week. It was quickly rectified when I followed up with them. I was met this morning from LHR by a very nice, smart driver in a spotlessly clean car.

Booked a car to Heathrow from SW17 and it turned up half an hour late. Rang after 15 mins to be told the driver was held up in traffic. Not impressed that I had to call the main office to find that out!! When I called again after 25 mins the office didn't even bother picking up my call. Dreadful service.
