Services
At Clea Primary School, we aim to provide a working, caring and happy environment where every child's potential can be realised. We wish to promote in all our pupils such values as will make them caring and responsible citizens. We believe that every child is unique and as such, is entitled to receive the best possible standard of education.
Our school is set in the Parish of Keady, Derrynoose and Madden. We have strong links with the parish and aim to make a valuable contribution to the parish today and in the furture. At the heart of our parish life is prayer, especially in the celebration of Holy Mass and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament from which flows all the various parish activities and makes the Church a spiritual oasis.
Pictured are the children selected by their classes to be on the Charity Committee. The children are looking at different ways to fundraise for charities close to home and further afield. Watch out for their wonderful work as we embark on a new adventure and help other local charities or charities close to our heart.
We are delighted to be involved in a Shared Education project this school year. It is something that will take place over a four year cycle and this year the Primary 2/3 class are the chosen cohort. The Education Authority in Northern Ireland and Leargas work in partnership to implement the Peace IV Collaboration through Sharing in Education (CASE) programme.
Mrs Kelly is the class teacher this year and the Classroom Assistant working with the children is Miss Renaghan. PE - The children will be having PE three times per week on Monday, Thursday and Friday so please make sure your child always has their trainers on with plain navy bottoms. Homework: Homework tasks will be sent home on a Monday and will be collected on a Friday.
