Our Nursery is close to Thorpe Astley and Braunstone and very near to M1. Our management team have a collective experience of over 25 years in providing a warm, loving and educational environment for all our children.

Services
Babies are fantastic, individual and full or personality! We at Mighty Oaks Day Baby Nursery in Thorpe Astley, Leicester recognise that all babies are unique and develop at their own comfortable pace. We've designed our baby rooms to guide and stimulate all of our babies at every stage of their development, the goal being to encourage their interests, wellbeing and emotional growth.
Such a wonderful age, full of exploring and learning! Our toddler Nursery rooms are designed to carefully and gently introduce your little one to a more structured way of learning and play.
We strive to achieve the perfect balance of child-initiated play and adult-led learning by providing a friendly and relaxed environment - full of a wide variety of stimulating activities, encouraging emotional, social and creative development through fun activities like music, dance, singing, drawing and physical play.Our aim is to present learning opportunities at every stage and through play, to encourage mathematics and language development.

Our pre-school rooms are organised and structured by qualified staff and supported by qualified teachers in the provision and delivering of our curriculum. We always emphasise learning through play, and will ensure that the children have fun whilst teaching and developing fundamental skills such as literacy and mathematics.
Our after school sessions can be booked as required to suit your needs. Sessions are available to all, and can be booked for children already enrolled with us and those wishing care on an ad hoc basis, if not already enrolled with us. Please feel free to call or email us for more information, or to book your sessions.
We offer a fair and transparent admissions policy. Our aim is to be able to accommodate all requests for specific sessions and days. Our operational hours are 7.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, closing for bank holidays. In an attempt to ensure settling and child bonding, we offer a minimum booking pattern of 2 days per week.

Mighty Oaks really has such a warm and amazing atmosphere. You can tell that the staff really care and want the best for the children. My son has been here for almost 2 years now and has grown so much in that time. I couldn't wish for a better start for him. Thank you all!

Truly a wonderful nursery. My children always have a great time and always have lovely stories to tell me when they're picked up. The staff are amazing and really care for the children. I have no hesitation in recommending Mighty Oaks

My children started at Mighty Oaks 6 months ago and the progress they've made is amazing. The staff really care for the children and they love coming here. It's been greatly renovated with huge open spaces and I'd definitely recommend them

This is a truly beautiful nursery. Not only has it been beautifully refurbished, but they've been really helpful during the pandemic situation with their extensive home learning programs. My child is so happy to return and see his friends and teachers again. Great staff and a lovely nursery
