Usha qualified with a Master's degree in Osteopathy at the prestigious British School of Osteopathy in London in 2011. She is also trained and certified in Medical Acupuncture. Usha has spent many years working as an osteopath in Ashford, Kent and in Dover, Kent combining osteopathy, acupuncture and sports massage to treat numerous debilitating conditions.
The osteopath will also prescribe you with specific exercises for rehabilitation and injury prevention. NICE Guidelines - The National Institute for Clinical Excellence recommends a course of manual therapy, including osteopathic spinal manipulation, for the early management of persistent non-specific lower back pain.
Sharp, burning pain that moves from the low back to the backs of the thighs, sometimes it can radiate into the lower legs or feet; it can include numbness or tingling (sciatica). Back pain is a common problem that affects most people at some point in their life and responds very well to osteopathy and acupuncture.
Pain that's often worsened by holding your head in one place for long periods, such as when driving or working at a computer. Neck Pain is incredibly common and responds very well to osteopathic treatment. That is because neck and shoulder pains are often caused by poor sitting or standing posture which cause the spine to become stiff and immobile and for the muscles to become tight.
Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury, such as knee ligament sprains, knee meniscal tears, knee muscle strains, knee tendinitis, knee cartilage damage and bursitis. The knee is a weight bearing joint and therefore can affect your mobility.

I first went to Usha for treatment some months ago. I was very incapacitated by back pain and feeling very low. After a few sessions I was a lot more comfortable and much more mobile. I would recommend OsteopathicCare Dover and will be returning for more treatment soon.

Many thanks to Usha in Dover. Usha helped me with a back problem that was agony before I went to Dover clinic. Luckily I was able to be seen that day. Usha worked her magic and I can happily say I am pain free. Highly recommended service. Many thanks. Mark Waller

Thank you for your help Usha! You are truly so amazing at what you do and you are the best osteopath I have ever gone to. I have suffered from lower back and neck pain for years and Usha managed to fix me and I’m pain free now! I can walk for as long as I like and do what I like with no pain and I don’t have to take any painkillers. I cannot thank you enough!! I would highly recommend her to everybody!

I have had regular appointments with Usha and she always worked on the areas that needed focus with strength (belying her stature) and skill. I would have no hesitation in recommending her
