About Horsham Smiles, we have recently taken over a vacant premise above "Jigsaw", opposite "Costa" in the heart of the West Street Shopping Parade in Horsham. After full refurbishment of our listed building we are pleased to announce we are now open for business as Horsham Smiles. This is to reflect our belief that visits to the dentist should be a "pain free" experience in a professional, but friendly environment.
I've worked in dentistry for 16 years I love all aspects of the job and have a real passion for the industry. I enjoy making the practice feel warm and inviting for our patients and making them feel reassured when they are nervous. I have a young family of two children and my husband who all keep me busy outside of work.
Our Dental Treatments and Services Horsham at Horsham Smiles, provide both - a check-up and examination. This includes any further tests required such as X Rays or Pulp Testing. We are fully digital with notes maintaining system for keeping track of dental health and digital radiography for all testing and X rays.

I was looking for a new dentist locally and I tried Horsham Smiles out following a recommendation from a family member. Up until now I had only ever used NHS dentists as I didn't think I would be able to afford private care. I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it actually was and when you add in what I would consider superior care and treatment then the value for money was excellent. In the space of a month I had to visit a few times for a problem tooth and I'm thrilled to have been successfully treated and will still be able to afford Christmas this year.

I feel like it is my responsibility to share my experience with this Dental Practice. AVOID THEM. LOOK ELSEWHERE. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY FROM THEM.
I booked an emergency appointment as a section of my gum was swelling and I knew from my previous experience that I only needed an antibiotic to reduce the inflammation. The staff were all nice I must say but the Dentist is either incompetent or quite strategic with his approach. All he did was x-ray my teeth (found nothing), then issued me antibiotics and sent me home with a roughly £70 bill! I could have just gone to my GP and it would not have

I recently had extensive dental treatment with Dr. Amit Varsani at Horsham Smiles which I could not fault! All of the staff were friendly, considerate, professional and they put me at ease during each treatment appointment. Dr Amit is without a doubt the best dentist I have ever had treatment with. I have gum issues and had enamel issues which resulted in me having to have many teeth crowned. It was a long process but I can now smile confidently! Apart from the wonderful service the treatment was amazing value for money in comparison to many private dentists. I really cannot recommend Horsham Smiles

I’ve avoided writing this review because all the staff were really lovely but I’m left feeling really disappointed with my £29 Hygiene inc Scale & Polish.
My teeth aren’t in poor condition and they’re quite white, but I do have some stains in between some teeth, (not excessive) noticeable in some areas. The hygiene, scale and polish felt rushed and lasted a short time.
I returned home and looked at my teeth and noticed areas that had not been cleaned, visible stains left which should have been easily removed with some care and attention.

MADE MY TEETH WORSE.
I've never left a review but couldn't not in this case.
Went to them with a simple issue and now need more dental work to resolve their mistakes...
Back story: so have had braces for a third of my life - two sets of train tracks, thousands of pounds later, a lot of time, appointments and pain I'm finally happy and confident with my teeth. (well was) You do have to retain them to keep them nice all your life.
Unfortunately I'm away from my usual dentist in Devon and chose gentle dental to do that work.
I requested a fitted retainer to which I was only recommended and offered

I'm a really nervous patient who has avoided going to the dentist for many years, but when i started to have problems during lockdown they managed to fit me in for treatment very quickly. As they were all so lovely and made me feel at ease i then booked in to have some fillings and an extraction i had been putting off. The practice manager Jo, my dentist Sarah and the dental nurses i had throughout my treatment were all compassionate, understanding and never once made me feel like i had was being judged. Thank you for finally helping me feel comfortable with my teeth!
