Services
Sheila Whittaker (one of the hygienists) has a wonderful way of giving advice without talking down to you. I always get a smile and competent service - not to mention helpful tips as to how I might manage my dental hygiene more effectively. Dr Moore's patience and people skills inspired great confidence in my daughter to have root canal treatment rather than loose a second tooth.
At present we do not have capacity to accept new patients on an NHS basis. If you are looking for a new NHS dentist please call the West Sussex Dental Helpline (available 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday) on 0300 123 1663. Alternatively you can also contact NHS 111 for advice and help.
Where we have any spare capacity which is currently extremely limited, we will be happy to offer one off urgent care NHS appointments following an initial remote triage by one of our dentists. If you require urgent dental treatment outside of normal surgery hours you should contact the Emergency Dental Service on the telephone numbers here.

We understand that coming to the dentist can be a daunting or nervous experience for many patients. Our team will do all they can to put you at ease from the moment you walk through our door and our clinicians will always treat you with respect and a calm, friendly approach. At your first visit to the practice, our reception team will ask you to complete a short medical health questionnaire.
Dental hygiene treatment is delivered by a dental hygienist who will help to remove any plaque from your teeth that may have built up in certain areas. Your teeth will be professionally cleaned with special equipment and pastes. An important aspect of the hygienist's role is to show you how to look after your teeth so they remain free from plaque.
Regular dental check ups and hygienist visits are essential to spot any potential problems early as well as maintain the health of your teeth and gums through regular professional cleaning. Check your medical details - many medical conditions and medications have a direct and significant effect on the health of your mouth.
