Absolutely fabulous, I bought my machine from grain 5 years ago and was a total novice. They showed me the basics and I've been running my own embroidery business ever since. I get all my threads, stabiliser and bobbins etc from grain with a discount which makes it more cost effective than online companies.
Recently I used their team to service my machine, it was all done very efficiently and i only lost 1 day of production which is brilliant. I highly recommend them and Kevin on reception is always a Ray of sunshine 🌞

I wanted to buy her a sewing machine but had no idea where to start. Contacted Grains who advised me on the options that would suit her and I settled on a Brother Inno-vis. It's perfect for what she wants, plenty of features without being overly complicated ( so she tells me!).
I really appreciated the advice from Grains because I could have made a very expensive mistake without their help. Competitive price, honest advice and excellent customer service.

Contacted Grain Sewing Machines and straight away they were extremely helpful. After a few messages I went to see them in person as I only lived in Derby. On arrival I was greeted and seen to with great professionalism. I was able to try the Sewing machine I was interested in and I was able to dk that on the materials I brought with me. After going through the machine I then purchased it. I was shown around the workshop while the machine was being made ready for me. When it was all ready they were very helpful while securing the machine into my vehicle.
Would fully recommend them to anyone.

I love the fact you can try before you buy in the upstairs show/ work room. Don't be fooled by the Industrial looking building, Grains stocks all sorts of sewing goodies upstairs and downstairs, standard sewing and embroidery thread, machine accessories, cutting mats and lots more.
Kevin is a star and really looks after you.
He will happily demonstrate the machines and explain the different functions allowing you to then make an informed

I have been dealing with Grain Sewing for about six years now, and I have always found the staff to be friendly, courteous and helpful whether buying a machine, accessories or consumables or having a machine serviced or repaired, and have never had problems with after-sales service from my remote location either. Their workshops and events are fun too. In the process of buying another embroidery machine from them right now.
