First time taking my vintage machine in to be sorted, and was amazed to have it fixxed so quickly. I would be very sad without it. He kept us updated on what he was going to do, and it was a very reasonable price. Within an hour of telephoning Richard as my sewing machine had broken down he came and collected it from my home. He returned the machine the very next morning and it is now running like a dream. So much smoother and quieter than before. Absolutely brilliant service and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Brilliant! Can’t praise the service highly enough. Richard knows sewing machines inside out and has oodles of experience with all domestic and industrial machines. He resurrected my vintage m/c; and he was generous with his time - giving advice on the best sewing machine for my needs. I’m heading back to his shop to buy my next sewing machine for quilting

Richard could not have been more helpful when it came to me picking the right machine for what I wanted. From researching in to what machine would be best for my requirements, to purchase, then to after service he has been most helpful.
I went to many other places looking for a machine and the service did not compare to the service Richard provides.

I enquired about a sewing machine and he asked me what I did, he then showed me different machines and what was good and bad about each machine, I selected the best machine for me and he gave me a great price!. He delivered and spent a long time showing me everything and how to use it. If I had any problems whatever time I could talk to him on the phone and if it couldn't be solved he would come round and sort it out. I had UNI deadlines so I had to call him up a lot but he always helped me. Richard and his company are very professional and its an amazing service they provide I was so happy I also

I was not disappointed. Richard was not only very knowledgeable, he also offered sound advice without pressure to buy. He was also very patient answering all my questions.
I spent ages at his shop trying out different machines & asking more questions.
I have purchased a Brother lockstitch machine from Richard, a beautiful machine. He delivered it the next day & all for a good price.
