Mental Health Foundation
Prevention of poor mental health is something that we can all individually help with. A short conversation with another person can sometimes be enough to make the difference between life and death for them. The advice 'WAIT' is one good way to remember how you can support another person who may be suicidal. Our Chief Executive explains why we chose 'nature' as the theme for this year's Mental Health Awareness Week 2021.
Services
Our vision is for a world with good mental health for all. Our mission is to help people understand, protect and sustain their mental health. Prevention is at the heart of what we do, because the best way to deal with a crisis is to prevent it from happening in the first place. To help us stay true to our mission and vision we have worked together to define our values.
Could help us develop straightforward information and tools that help people look after their mental health every day. Could help us do research that will answer some of vital questions about mental health and save lives. A quick and easy way to give either a one-off or regular monthly donation to the Mental Health Foundation.
In Scotland, our work focuses on overcoming the root causes of poor mental health, particularly social injustice and inequality, to create a wellbeing society that supports good mental health for all. We campaign for the evidence-based whole-population changes that will nurture supportive environments that empower people to live mentally healthy lives.
New Mental Health Strategy provides strong basis for preventing mental health problems in Northern Ireland. Jade Yap looks at the evidence around mental health and exercise, and describes our new project on mental health and physical activity in Northern Ireland. Our agenda for mental health in Northern Ireland is outlined in our blog, which was published to coincide with the first Mental Health Summit.
Prevention is at the heart of what we do. Our knowledge, informed by rigorous research and practical based study, has been pioneering change for more than 70 years and we aren't afraid to challenge the status quo or tackle difficult or under researched issues. We work to influence key policy decisions on mental health in all of the UK's legislatures.

Herpes has been one of the most significant virus in the US now, and its spreading really fast, and the government are only producing medical drugs that can suppress it but rather keep on eliminating the African herbal doctors who were able to discover a way to completely cure the virus...I'm delighted to be finally cured of herpes 2 after i applied ZUBBY medicine for two weeks ,,, I can tell you, I went back a month later to confirm my status and i was still negative.. If i could get cured, why do you think You can't?, you believe in the lying government and medical scientists and keep spending
