Working with Riva was literally out of this world! My apartment was formally handed over to me on the 12th November and Riva managed to get it furnished, fitted with blinds and tenanted in less than a month.
Riva was such a pleasure to work with because she kept me updated on what was going on, she would send me pictures and videos in order for me to get an appreciation of the apartment, considering that I hadn't physically seen the completed unit.

Joelle was absolutely incredible from start to finish when sorting out my new apartment. From booking a viewing, to sorting out move-in dates, the check's needed and being there on the day I moved in, everything was great. Constant communication and extremely friendly & helpful! My son, Maximilian was struggling to find an apartment in Manchester. I have then decided to help him. But quickly, realised why he was overwhelmed. The market is difficult. Riva was amazing and lovely to work with! She sorted my viewing out so quickly and efficiently. I was so stressed with finding a place so soon and she made me feel so at ease and now I have found a beautiful flat which I love. CERT, especially the agent, took the hard work out of the landlord experience for me. Bradley (agent) posted the let, sourced me a tenant and had them move in, all within a month. He offered excellent services and showed his professional knowledge in managing the property. I must express my gratitude to his efforts and I would definitely recommend the services at CERT.

Bradley Bolton, one of the agents at CERT was absolutely fantastic! We were told we had to move at short notice, from our previous property, and Bradley helped us sort everything out and managed to move us in within 4 days. He even did a virtual viewing for us, which was very useful due to not living in Manchester. He is a brilliant agent, and I would highly recommend Bradley and this agency, to anyone moving to Manchester. Thank you.
