Blue Aldi came to pick me up from London.
The driver was very professional and was extremely helpful. He waited patiently for me to arrive with my 1 year old daughter on a really hot day. I would advise everyone to use this car service. Great service more than 5 stars.

Never trust this company, driver was late for 1.5 hours and missed our flight. Called the company to complain and only to be answered by a very rude operator who said it’s nothing to do with them. Instead of apologising about the mishap this operator is very rude, shouting and defensive... i will never recommend this company ever to anyone. If i could score a big fat - ZERO I would... very unprofessional, costumer service is up-hauling!!👎👎👎

I was a loyal customer to Sovereign, whenever I needed a cab, this company was my first port of call as their prices are reasonable. That is until one afternoon an extremely arrogant, miserable and rude taxi driver shouted at us and was a misogynistic pig!! I'm disgusted such people are employed and hold such little regard for their customers - never ever again!!

Generally good and punctual however upon calling to ask why my taxi was late as I was getting late to work a member of staff began to shout. I understand there was an issue with traffic however he could have spoken alot nicer rather than shouting at me which I'm sure is not the way to deal with clients. Gives the company a very bad image. Very rude!!! The drivers and other members of staff are otherwise very polite

Amazing service been using them for years now but recently very impressed with the service they provided with picking up from the airport. I had booked my return taxi in advance but the flight was earlier then expected, their office staff tracked my flight and ensured I didn't need wait around and got the driver right on time. The journey home was jammed with traffic but the driver was so helpful with stopping off for comfort break and food. Totally impressed will always continue to use them and recommend them. Deffo bang on the money, service and price. 10/10 well done guys and girls the service

Up until today I was a loyal regular customer using the service atleast once a day well not any more shocking customer service from the owner and his son! I requested a taxi from the office told them I had 3adults and 3children so needed a 7seater the taxi arrived and refused to take us then the owner came out and shouted at us! Rude service from what used to be and excellent company. Clearly this company does not value customers! ! I will no longer praise them to anyone.
