My sister in law and I pre-booked 3 cabs to take us and, later, bring us back from a wedding in Rickmansworth.
Midnight arrived and no taxis arrived. We rang and were told none were available - hang on - they were pre-booked! After about ten minutes of pushing them, they eventually agreed to send a cab which finally picked us up an hour later!!
My sister in law, who had booked the day before us didn’t manage to get any taxis sent. This was all the more awful as she had her 82 year old mother with her!

A straight forward stress free airport transfer. Driver was where we had been told they would be holding up sign outside McDonald’s Very polite, felt safe , accommodation was a bit tricky to find as was in a no car zone and he made extra sure that we went to the right place- ! Would definitely use again

Booked a cab last week with Northolt Taxis. I am very impressed with the quality of service they have provided. driver was very helpful and was on time. the car was clean. The price was very reasonable and much cheaper then other local taxi companies in Northolt and Edgware.
Upon our return from Heathrow airport our flight came 1 hour earlier, Northolt taxi service checked our flight and sent us driver on time. I have already recommended them to my family and will also recommend them to Friends and relatives.
