Cheetah is a real company with a real passion to make sure we're giving a London wide service at local prices. It was licensed to trade by the London Borough of Brent via the Town and Country Planning Act 1962 - long before conventional London operator licenses were in existence. Cheetah is an establishment with a strong heritage, we were amongst the first companies to be licensed for private hire by the Public Carriage Office.

My phone call to book was answered immediately politely and courteously.
The taxi was dispatched immediately and I was told the exact time of arrival. The company texted me to confirm the booking, the car details colour and Reg and a link to track the cars progress to my location
So I didn’t have to wait in the cold. A few minutes before the car arrived the driver called me and confirmed his arrival time and pick up location which was very useful. The driver was very helpful and helped my sons with their seatbelts. The car was clean and smooth. We arrived promptly and safely. Overall a first

I got to NW3 postcode on new years eve. I called this unprofessional company & asked for a 7 seater. I was told nothing available as its new years eve & the 7 seaters are booked. I understood & requested two taxis was told it will cost £25 each taxi. I booked two taxis. I asked for a 7 seater to be booked for Sunday 2nd Jan. I was told this has been booked & they will only charge £20 because i booked two taxis today for £50. Sunday 2nd Jan we checked out of hotel & a taxi car arrived. I said to the driver i ordered a 7 seater he said they did not tell him. i called the office &

Used them a few times. Friendly. Drivers are on time (often early which is good), safe and clean. Reasonably priced compared to other companies. They have however put up the price to the airport which I think is quite high and you can get a cheaper price elsewhere. They remain competitive for other trips.

Cheetah in general is a good company with good staff. However, we had an usual and awful experience with a driver who was driving in circles for almost an hour and who refused to let us out when we asked several times! Very strange and scary experience for myself and my children. He ignored us many times and he also ignored the controller's instructions when told to drop us off. Driver was terrified of going in congestion charge area and kept going in circles not knowing the area at all. I really hope i don't see that driver again. A simple route from cricklewood to kings cross should not take

I have been using Cheetah cars for years as I fly very frequently. Great service on the phone and in person. Always arrives on time and gets us to the airport and back with no issues!! We used to pay £45 now its £55 -£59 to London Heathrow as I always travel with 3+ large suitcases and usually 3 passengers. Really happy and will be using them for years to come!!

Driver was 40 minutes late (80 minutes after flight was scheduled to land). Gentleman handling calls was initially good, he called to inform me he would be late, but upon checking the drivers location the story didn't add up, and the poor guy got into a real mess when he was caught out. In the end he got very defensive and rude. A real shame - I prefer to use local - but won't be using again. Hopefully someone was just having a bad night and it was a one off - just tell the truth!

Terrible service. Do not use. Arranged airport pick up with a car seat. Driver had no idea how to fit the car seat so suggested he drives in a completely unsafe position without a seat belt.
Driver was very rude and actually physically rough with our 8 month baby when trying to fit the car seat with her in it.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Head office screened our calls and refused to pick up the phone when I tried to speak to them to suggest they send a different car and driver. Left us completely stranded.

I got an estate car to collect some packages that were 2 m long. The driver was really accommodating, polite and helpful. He delivered them to the destination , having checked the recipient's phone number before leaving. I was really thrilled with the speed and efficiency. I had called a few 'man and van' services and they made the process really long and complicated. Cheetah Cars were the complete opposite

I used Cheetah Cars for drop off at the airport and pick up. Communication was excellent with text messages sent and live map driver tracking. Pick up was on time although at the airport the driver arrived 2.5 hours early due to a mix up at the office. Imran in particular was fantastic, friendly and courteous. I'd be happy to recommend Cheetah Cars and would use again.

Booked an early pick-up for myself, partner and baby. Requested a suitable car seat for the baby at the time of booking. Car was late (driver called to advise us and it was "only" 5 minutes. But late is late). Car had a totally unsuitable booster seat for the baby. We sent the Cheetah car away and booked a Gett which arrived within 3 minutes. Only £10 more expensive and we put the baby's stroller in the cab with us. Cheetah never again.

I placed my booking online and was quoted a price of £10 to go to the Royal Free Hospital. The driver arrived on time but from the moment I got into the vehicle he started asking me a lot of personal questions. Such as do i live here how many rooms are in my house and what business I do. I don't know this man and it's fine to be friendly but there are ways of doing that not just asking direct personal questions. He had some horrible music playing in the car and did not stop talking complete nonsense and was even swearing at least 10 times if not more. I felt like telling him to be quiet
