Reliable & Reasonably priced. Helpful & efficient lady when I called to request car. Lovely friendly driver Hamid Zadeh was at station within minutes, helped with luggage & promptly took us to another station to catch link to London to make Network Rail connection (severe Met Line disruption!). Thanks Fleet cars! Will definitely recommend & use again!

I have been using Fleet and Fleetline before them for very many years And they have never let me down. That’s unusual these days. And the technology used to keep in contact with the customer is remarkable keeping you informed all the way. Sadly for me in the last 2/3 years I have had to use them more often for visiting hospitals, Hospice, clinics, surgeries and outpatients. On occasions like these you don’t need to worry and concern about the concern of a vehicle turning up. If it’s Fleet - it will be there , guaranteed

Booked car for a specific time and emphasised I had appointment. Called to check after time had come and gone to see where my car was as usually I receive a txt stating type of car outside. Got met with it will be another 15-20 minutes. I said I booked specifically because I had an appointment and asked was the minimum journey rate not that important for you, as was a local journey. Completely unprofessional service, obviously only after money jobs. They're quick to turn up when you book for the airport though. Complete wan****!!!

Avoid!! The guy at the reception is an absolute disgrace! No manners, he was shouting at woman asking simple question about the past journey. He's lucky I was unwell that day! I will never use them again. Just Google transfer to airport and you will find loads of other options for the same price.
Their driver arrived an hour earlier than requested at the airport and I had to pay £10 for waiting time and £15 for parking. Who asked him to do that?
