Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality
The worst taxi service I have ever come across! Zero professionalism. Everytime I call for a taxi, they tell me we have no drivers. The last time I got a cab, I booked and paid from 7.15am for a taxi to come at 8.30am its came 45mins late and made my daughter late for school. Worst service I've ever come across.

I booked a taxi to take me to the station for 10.40am. I had multiple trains booked and had to get there on time. I waited outside no taxi turned up, I called them and was assured one was coming still no taxi. I called again and told them of the situation of connecting trains again told they were coming but when I asked where it was it was still ages away. I ended up having to drive my car to the station and just managed to get the train. Complete nightmare, not good at all. The taxi turned up over 20 mins late!

The mini cab arrived on time, it was aired with the windows open and the driver wore a mask. But with a big but the inside the car was like a tip! The floor in the back looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or hoovered got a very very long time and there were empty cans in the pockets of the front seats it all looked really grubby and unclean so I’ll think twice before I use them again if ever.

Customer service terrible. Unreliable. Not sure the company know what false advertisement they hold on their website so just a warning to others thinking this company seems reliable. Just get an uber.
My partner and I booked a cab with this company yesterday at midday for a pick up from potters bar over 6.5 hours later to drop us on a local journey. 5 minutes before we were supposed to be picked up I had a missed call on my phone from the cab company, I called back immediately and was told that they were super busy and wouldn't make our service. How much more time in advance do you need to book

Driver came to pick us up from airport very early in the morning. Voicemail left on phone when we switched our phones on to say driver broken down; they are sending another driver. I had a missed call from.the driver , I called him.and he said he would be 45-50 minutes. I texted the driver to say where we are and to call when he arrived.
He arrived over an hour later. He said he was in zone D. We searched and searched for him for 15 minutes. When I found him, he was in zone C, just in front of the signs that said zone D. He started to shout at me, right up to my face, threatening me, and refused

Phoned to try and get a local journey home and they refused to do a "local journey". Very unhelpful... not sure why a cab company in PB cannot do a local journey if I am offering to pay for it. Also wouldn't recommend any other local cab companies that did do local journeys.
