It was the last time that I've used ACC Minicabs! The driver was almost 30 minutes late and it was not the first time. ACC minicabs didn't even bother to call me to inform about the delay as I had to contact them twice myself! The driver arrived but parked the car by a different house so I had to run to him.
Good news was that we arrived at LHR on time but the driver charged me 22 GBP, despite the fact that the company representative confirmed me twice over the phone that the rate is actually 20 pounds.

We had a taxi to T5 booked (with a different company) and the driver didn't turn up so rang ACC in a panic. ACC taxi arrived 10 mins later and battled thru the rush hour traffic to get us to the airport in good time. Driver was lovely and we were very pleased with the service. Will definitely use again.

Used for airport run to & from Luton,both drivers arrived early,were courteous & cars clean inside & out. Received text message as soon as we were back in terminal on return journey stating vehicle details & then received phone call from driver to confirm this. Had long queues coming through security resulting in driver having to wait over an hour,but this wasn’t a problem for him & just waited patiently. Highly recommend this company,thanks for the great service!

Love this local mini cab office. Cars & drivers are always smart & clean, more importantly they are extremely reliable & I never usually have to wait longer than 10 minutes if I haven’t already pre-booked the journey. Their fare tariff is also a tad cheaper to that of a rival company further down the road. The base office is situated very conveniently outside Eastcote tube station, making a long & tiring shopping trip from either up town, Harrow or Uxbridge an easy alternative to get home rather than getting a bus or facing a long walk!

Needed transport to and from Luton Airport. ACC provided the most competitive quote, extremely professional from start to finish, advising on best time for pick up in order to get to airport in plenty of time. All timescales confirmed in email and text messages. We received text updates informing us when taxi would arrive to collect us and also on our return the following week. Cannot fault the service at all - excellent and highly recommend this firm.
