Derwent Cottage is a modern town house within a quiet, residential courtyard a couple of minutes' level walk from the shopping area and within easy walking distance of Derwentwater. The house is a warm and cosy base for your holiday with full gas central heating and constant hot water supply from a combi boiler.
20 Greta Grove House is a fantastic addition to our property portfolio. It offers large, bright accommodation, with excellent fixtures and fittings and wonderful views. It is a large two bedroom, two bathroom second floor apartment in the very popular Greta Grove House. The triple aspect lounge/diner boasts fabulous views over the River Greta towards the Skiddaw range and it has the benefit of a passenger lift for easy access.
A modern, semi-detached bungalow in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of Keswick town centre. Beautifully decorated & furnished throughout, carefully equipped & in excellent condition with full double glazing and gas central heating. On an elevated site looking out over the roof tops of Keswick with a panoramic view west, from Cat Bells across the Bassenthwaite valley to the Skiddaw range.
Portinscale is the village closest to Keswick, just a mile away by car or a very pleasant 15 minute level walk via the suspension bridge over the river Greta and along the Howrah's footpath. Next to the shores of Derwentwater, watersport enthusiasts are well catered for with hire of canoes, kayaks, rowing boats, dinghys and windsurfers as well as tuition at Derwentwater and Nichol End marinas.
Brandelhowe is a two bedroom ground floor apartment, with direct street access. It is currently being refurbished to a very high standard, it offers luxurious contemporary accommodation in a classic lakeland building. It mixes the old and new perfectly by retaining some original features, such as the old range and window seat in the lounge, and exposed stonework.

Had a fantastic stay(last minute booking) for the first time at lilac cottage keswick,what an exquisite place,very homely,cozy,comfortable place to stay,lovely little extras so thoughtful fresh flowers & complimentary supply of milk,biscuits,tea,coffee,on are arrival,close to all amenities & everything within walking distance from shops, cafe's,… restaurants, cinema(so quaint), market stalls Thursday & Saturday, parks 2 of them, lakes & walks to suit all abilities with fantastic 360 degree views, had a splendid stay & hope to return soon.Highly recommend this place wish

We have stayed in Lilac Cottage a few times now and it is so well appointed with really thoughtful extra touches - even down to plenty of hangers for clothes - which so often isn't the case! The other properties look great too, and the proprietor of Keswick Holiday Homes, Angela, couldn't be more helpful. Will definitely return.
