Well where do i begin, i used Arc Homes to sell my property, from the moment Deane walked through the door, not a random sales worker, but the Big Boss came to value my house and do the whole sales pitch thing that a few agents had done for us in the weeks before, most professional pitch, genuine, and honest, no slimmy sales talk, we choose them straight away before he had left, he didnt know it but we had, me and my wife did the "Nod"

We did insist we go against Deans advice and go higher with our asking price, which fortunately we… managed to be successful with!

This estate agents are the only ones to use. Their quick response to my initial request to list my property for sale was sublime. Within an hour of the photos being taken they were down loaded on the internet and posted on every social media site possible. The property was then booked in for a viewing and the accepted offer was confirmed within 8 hours of the sale going on the market. They are so much more advanced than any other estate agents in the area it would be stupid no to use them. Also to add, the way they pushed the buyers and both solicitors was also very efficient and expertly done
