A wonderful experience from beginning to completion! Paul Bettesworths was extremely helpful and actually, I would say the nicest, most genuine person I've come across in this field. He totally has the best interests at heart for both buyer and seller and does everything to guide the journey with the least possible stress! What a fabulous company, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, thanks Paul! Oh, and make sure you read the company history, it's a lovely story and the family background, culture and ethos really shines through every communication with the business. :-)

Against a very tough period in the market combatting Coronavirus and Brexit, James came through for us and completed our sale. You could not ask for a better estate agent to handle your commercial property sale. Paul was so knowledgeable and always had the answers or if not contacted the client and came straight back.

With Retail experiencing such huge problems currently I was worried about being able to find a new tenant for our small shop premises in Torquay, but despite a very difficult market, Bettesworths have come up trumps. I've been very pleased with the level of service, particularly given the very reasonable fee!
