Jane has previously worked at the Inland Revenue for 23 years as a Typist and was then promoted to Personal Secretary to various Tax Inspectors. Unfortunately I have had to deal with this frim on a number of matters including probate , lease extensions and transferring of titles .I found them totally unresponsive and when a response was provided after numerous email chasers all I received were lame excuses as to why the file had not bee worked on . Eventually I had to instruct a more professional firm who quickly resolved the matters but at additional expense! not impressed at all .
