Critical: Professionalism, Quality
I have experience with Frances Barratt only but based on this I would not recommend. Very opinionated lady with touch of narcissism. Chaotic and forgetful. Disorganized. Didn’t feel like she is working for me or is on my side. Incompetent as a solicitor. Seeing only her point of view, zero empathy for client’s circumstances. Shame.

6+ months and Francis still hasn't complied and completed the necessary paperwork for the judge. Looking at feedback she seems to pick the people she will work well for, and disregard those whose case she can't be bothered with. if you are able to avoid using this firm i highly recommend doing so, as the chances of them admitting their wrong doing in court is highly unlikely!

I'm genuinely confused about the reviews. We did not appreciate our case with Frances. She wrote witness statements without much communication and I didn't feel prepared at all to go into court. The expectations weren't set and there were many details she missed. Quite frankly, it felt haphazard to me.
