In 1970 we then opened 4 retail outlets in the West Midlands and Shropshire. Within the last 15 years the main focus of the business has been to specialise in the Schoolwear industry.

I visited the shop today and I have to say received quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were not greeted with a smile when we got to the till, infact there was no acknowledgment whatsoever. The lady just barked at me "Do you want a bag." She then proceeded to screw the clothes up into balls and throw them into what appears to be a medium sized bin liner for which I was charged 10p for the pleasure. At no point did the 'sales assistant' make any type of conversation or say a word to me apart from the bill. She shoved the card machine at me. And then didnt say goodbye

Ordered a tie and blouses. The next day I got a call from a very helpful lady asking me if I had meant to order blouses that don't button to the top because she had noticed there was also a tie in my order. Obviously I had ordered the wrong product, but it was no trouble, she simply swapped the product and they turned up the next day. I'm so grateful that she called me. Outstanding service, thank you.

Providers of Weatherhead uniform (Wirral). A long way to go to sort uniform out, so we used the online shop.
The quality of the uniform is excellent, but our biggest issue is returns charges. We, clearly, ordered a certain size and then they sent a size that my child will not ever grow in to (it was that large). We told the company this and they agreed it was wrong. We have to pay for the return. Why? We paid for the wrong item to be sent to us and now we have to send it back, to our cost??
This is unacceptable in this day and age. It is clearly the company’s mistake and we should not lose
