Lads & Lasses School Wear

I've had three years experience with this shop and I cannot in anyway fault them. This year I left the uniforms late and arrived at the shop when it was at its busiest. I did not have an appointment so queud up like everyone else. In this time I witnessed the hardwork of each and every staff member. In and out, running round trying to please everyone. I was tired just looking at them. And each staff member remained professional and polite throughout. The owner of the shop is wonderful and such a lovely person who is passionate about this shop. She sorted me out in no time. Brilliant shop and wonderful

Really good service. But would advise ordering uniforms well in advance to avoid the queues and to get uniform in time.

The rating is a function of four things, firstly the cost. There's absolutely zero alternative choice but to use this provider as it's "sole supplier" for our daughters high school. Secondly, the range offered is noticeably more expensive than many high street branded equivalents. Thirdly, it's taking ages to get hold of anything. Fourthly, the website is down as we're chasing up missing items, still not here just days before the start of term. An element of the review rating is related to lack of choice of where to buy from, but if you're going to be a monopoly provider, at least provide your

Wish there was another shop that sold the name uniform I need for my children. Not only is it over priced to get clothing with the school logo on but I wouldn’t mind paying those prices if the quality of material was better. Every year I need to buy 2/3 sizes bigger in hope that they don’t shrink too much when washing (and yes I wash them as instructed). Staff always rude and unhelpful which I consider uncalled for especially when I spend about £300 in a 10 minute window. To top it off every year they have issues with availability of most of their stock…. It shouldn’t come as a surprise

Had everything I needed in stock. Thankfully the staff member dealing with us knew exactly what uniform we needed for the 2 different schools I was buying for. I felt I'd completely forgotten how to shop with this whole pandemic, thankfully the lady had us covered and took good care of us. I should have used my manners and got her name. She was fantastic 👏
