Services
The Manse Nursery was established in 1988 and has been providing high quality care and education for families in the local and surrounding areas for over 32 years. We are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, set back from the main roads, with excellent links to the M602 motorway system and Eccles train, bus and tram station all within 500 yards.
A calm warm environment with plenty of time for cuddles and conversation with adults will provide the basic for the overall care of the babies who attend our nursery. The equipment and toys provided will reflect the ever- changing needs of the baby. We will stimulate the developing physical skills with a range of good quality toys, chosen for the safety and play value.
We aim to allow the development of increasing mobility and intellect through a range of free play activities with the three prime areas in mind. Through small group play activities we feed the emotional development and introduce concepts of self- awareness and self- discipline. There will be continuous singing, music and rhyme games, conversation and books to promote the ever increasing language skills.
At this stage we introduce a little more structure into your child's play. Activities such as circle time, shared meal times, dressing skills and toilet training support this stage. We will promote self- help skills such as dressing and feeding themselves, staff will promote table manners by being a good role model, and encouraging children to say "thank you" and "please" etc.
Our aims are to provide an encouraging and stimulating environment in which young children can first and foremost enjoy the pleasures and discoveries of childhood. We understand the uniqueness of each child and endeavour to respond to their individual needs. Our curriculum for the older children will be centred on their need to explore their own feelings and develop their own answers.

We have an adopted child with severe ADHD called X who is now 12 years old. They have been going to before school, after school and holiday club for years. We could not be more happy with the care they receive, the amazing staff and the wonderful facilities. The Manse is a very special place and Red absolutely adores going there.

This is the BEST NURSERY IN THE WORLD! The staff are kind and great at entertaining the kids. The children here are kind and the atmosphere is safe and welcoming. The second i step into the nursery i feel like i am at a better version of home. Me and my sisters attend here and we all love it. Somebody PLEASE give this place an outstanding review.
