A damage deposit of 300 cash is payable on the arrival date & is refundable on the departure date following satisfactory inspection of the property. When making your booking please let us know what time you would like to check in & we will do our best to facilitate your requirements. Check out is by 11.00am on your agreed departure date.

I stayed at Brookhill for a week with colleagues while working in Derry. The house is beautifully furnished, warm and comfortable and offered some luxurious respite after a long day. Situated in a peaceful area just a couple of minutes from the city centre by car I can wholeheartedly recommend it and will be staying here again. Thanks to Aaron and the family for such a nice place to stay and the welcome we received.
