Work was bad to say the least. My water drain was full of insulation beading and when drilling I'm not sure what happened but the brick has been dislodged and not even a attempt to fix it or to let me know about it so it could be fixed.
Contacted the company to only be told they will be out to fix it on a few occasions and still nothing.
Worst experience to date I have had with a company. Take your money and run in my opinion.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
First contact made 3 months ago and then again at the start of this month. I was informed twice that I could have insulation fitted "next week" Yes lockdown has slowed things down but the first time we were not in lockdown and second time a phone call would have sufficed to explain the delay. Still no contact for over 2 weeks.
