Is the work carried out by your installer fully trained and licensed by the product supplier? Is your company fully insured with public liability insurance to protect me and my property? One Step Insulation have full public liability insurance covering the installers on site and the premises during install of the product.

Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Gary replied promptly to my initial request for a quote, came out to assess what needed to be done, gave me a quote and explained the process, got a date which was convenient to both of us and when I arrived home on the day the attic insulation was carried out, you would not even have known that anyone had been in the house - very clean professional job. Gary was great at keeping in contact at every step of the way. As I said before - couldn't recommend them highly enough

Fantastic services by the guys at one step would highly recommend this company. All very friendly, polite and professional. Great investment now that energy bill are on the increase. Have noticed a considerable difference in how often I'm not putting the heating on and the heat is staying in the house for longer.

Due to the great reviews and from talking to others that had One Step insulation installed, we had no hesitations in contacting One Step to get a no pressure quote for our roofspace as our house got cold as soon as the heating was turned off. Gary came out, took measurements and gave us a very competitive quote there and then within twenty minutes. It was booked in that day through Gary as we were both very happy with the quote given. A couple of weeks later, 2 vans and 2 very professional workmen turned up, laid the covers down and completed the job within a number of hours. You wouldn't have

Recently had our loft insulated by One Step Insulation and I have been so impressed! Gary came out , and gave us a quote no pressure to make a decision and we quickly booked them in ! Two vans arrived at the house on time and they worked their magic ! When we returned home from work, you wouldn’t know they had been in the house ! We can already… notice a difference in the temperature upstairs in our house which had no insulation at all ! Looking forward to a cosy Winter this year !
