It's midnight. We're up on the fifth floor. There is a party on the first floor. The room is pounding from the music. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice location, the room was clean enough (not stellar, but not so much I had issues), the view of the bridge is lovely, and the staff have been lovely too. But the fact that they know this music is too loud, have said they will do something about it, and have not is actually unacceptable.

Good location.Walking distance to Bars restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable rooms however the long wait for food in restaurant especially when it wasn't overly busy was unacceptable.Must give Gerry a mention who handled our luggage and gave great advice on where to shop and best tour operators.

The good is - it’s location.
The poor - rooms need updated and definitely not 4* worthy.
The breakfast was very poor bacon looked and tasted as if it been cooked the morning before.
We asked for a bar snack 7.45pm only to be told “there was no food left” only then an hour later food was being served 🤷‍♀️
I was disappointed and will not be staying again 😞.

If you like a nice quiet room, make sure you ask for a room well away from the pool area. Our room was on the sixth floor with a very depressing view of the pool roof. The main problem was the drone of the heating, ventilation or maybe the filtration system which was constant for the duration of our visit.
Another problem was that our room was much too warm to sleep in. We had the window open and a fan going the whole night. You may think, how come the noise of the fan didn't bother me? Well, it couldn't be heard above the din of the aforementioned pool workings.
Apart from that, the food and

We were in to set up a function room and then attend it after. I think the porters name was either Michael or Matthew, no matter what it was he was so pleasant and nothing was a problem for him. I hope that someone sees this and passes on the praise. Good staff are very hard to get and this is one member you wouldn't want to loose.

From the time we arrive we were treated like royalty, Gerry took our bags to our room , told us the best places to visit. The staff are exceptional 👌, really can't do enough for you. The atmosphere in this hotel is amazing, so relaxing and friendly. Location is spot on , everything in walking distance. Household staff are so nice and do a brilliant job of keeping the hotel absolutely spotless clean. Plenty of waiting staff for food and drinks. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Derry,
