Services
Our aim is to provide enchanting and enabling environments for children to learn in their own way. We have five themes to our ethos, which underpin everything that we do at the nursery. Inspiring young children to lead an active lifestyle begins in their childhood. Most young children are naturally generally very active and enjoy exploring the world around them.
All of our staff are either NNEB (National Nursery Examination Board) or equivalent, or participating in the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) in Early Years and Childcare. My name is Sheena Patel. I am a dedicated mother and qualified physiotherapist. Through my career and family life I have developed a passion for nurturing, teaching and supporting children.
Our mobile and non-mobile babies benefit from a large, bright, open plan day room, well equipped with the latest in sensory equipment to test their senses and encourage development. As babies spend a lot of time sleeping at this early age, we provide a dedicated sleep room. We constantly monitor the room temperature in the day nursery to ensure the babies are comfortable at all times.
At Monkey Puzzle West Norwood we strongly believe that a healthy, balanced diet is essential for growth and development in under 5's. This prompted us to consult with a nutritionist to formulate a menu that will help give your child the best start in life. We believe our menu is not only nutritious, fresh and creative but offers balanced meals to fuel the body and mind of all our nursery children.
We want to make sure we are offering you and your children the best possible Nursery experience and are always looking for ways to improve and develop what we offer here at Monkey Puzzle West Norwood. With that in mind, we have listened to parents and are delighted to now say that we are going to be offering extracurricular classes, at no extra cost, on certain days of the week which you can enrol your child into.
