Dear Caloo HR,
We just wanted to say how helpful, pro active and friendly the two teams that have been installing our Outdoor Gym.
The first team drove down from Great Yarmouth and were ready to start at 8am.
They used their initiative whenever a question arose, and communicated by phone if I was not present.
They did a super job of installation, and we went through the check list thoroughly together.
They even pointed out that the packing had removed the paint from the 'wheelchair friendly' exercise unit, and promised to get the piece re painted when the outstanding 'Rower' unit finally arrives
