The Sales rep sold us a dream but we have a nightmare. We are a small school & charity in SE London and the play equipment was paid for by fund-raising by the parents. The parents worked hard to give the little ones the play equipment that they deserved and we feel that if as much effort had gone into the installation and the after care from the Kompan Team as when your salesman first approached us I am sure that the rating would have been 5 stars. Very disappointed and upset with the whole experience.

Recently had the second play area installed by Kompan, the first in 2016, and once again the whole project from start to finish was very efficient. All the staff, from the initial meeting with the sales team through to the dealings with the installation team and head office team were easy to deal with and they listened and responded to all questions/comments with speed and efficiency.
Their designs are fresh the product range extensive giving the opportunity to get exciting and varied play areas.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to those thinking of purchasing new play facilities
