Services
The business was originally owned by Alan and Jane Stacey and was operated from their house in Hampshire. They sold domestic and commercial play equipment and were very highly regarded in the play industry. We (James and Ali) used to install play equipment for them when we first started out our business www.discoverytimberplay.co.uk and ended up being good friends with them.
Our Play Panels are an excellent way of stimulating a child's imagination. They also offer education in an interesting format. You can stimulate their imagination with our range of Shops, or encourage learning with our Mechanical Panels. But most of all, they are fun way to learn. In addition, our Activity Panels are low cost, low maintenance and also very easy to fit.
While the following designs are similar to our domestic range, these models are certified for commercial use. In other words, they conform with EN1176, which is the European safety standard for public playgrounds. This standard requires thicker timbers, more robust accessories and for the frame to be set into concrete.
Clamber Stacks are popular because they pack an awful lot of play into a relatively compact space. In addition, they are excellent for assisting with physical, social and creative development. With these structures, children can improve their balance, co-ordination and strength. They can also let their imagination run wild and because they are multi-user, Clamber Stacks help to promote social skills.
All of these Climbing Frames have a deck height of just 1.0m (3') or 1.2m (4'). This makes them especially relevant for Key Stage 0, SureStart, Playgroup, Reception, Childminder, Montessori and Nursery groups. In addition, they all conform to EN1176 which is the European safety standard for commercial use.
