Very spacious apartment in a great location. 15 minute walk from Albert Dock; same to town centre. Very clean. Apartment 44 was on the top floor with views of both cathedrals. Our apartment was a bit tired - broken tiles in the bathroom, grouting missing, no plug for the sink etc. But the beds and sofas were both comfy.
Parking needs to be pre-booked - we didn't and there wasn't any available. Overnight parking at ZCP was just up from Duke Street at £20.
Staff were very good - helpful and friendly. Would we stay again - yes definitely.

Never stay with this company if you have an issue, needed to cancel due to a member of the party getting covid bearing in mind that it’s just under the 5 days (though technically it is due to the late check in time) and would not cancel or offer to help! Not great at all only book if your stay is 110% guaranteed and don’t need to change or make any alterations!

Great location for the centre of Liverpool most things within walking distance. The apartment we got was OK apartment 18 clean enough and ok for the money we paid but needing a little TLC would have been as well sitting on the floor rather than the sofas the were really worn and dirty they stank as well. Tiles in bathroom cracked chairs at breakfast bar all ripped this could be a lovely apartment if just some upgrades. Loved the underground parking and he security you knew ypur car was safe . Would definitely visit again but maybe ask for an upgraded apartment as the pictures look lovely .

The gentleman that was on reception was amazing & so friendly. The overall apartment was good apart from The shower was cold, the sofa bed was horrendous avoid sleeping on this if you can! The iron was also not great but overal the apartment was very clean & the view was to die for, was incredible! Good location too!

Stayed for a weekend, whilst visiting friends, nicely appointed modern two double bedroom apartment, master with onsuite shower room, separate full bathroom with shower and bath. Living area with two sofas and TV one a double sofa bed. Full kitchen dinner with washing machine and dishwasher, full oven grill and hob. Toaster kettle, dishes glasses cutlery and cooking utensils. Even complimentary tea coffee and biscuits. Very clean. Good security and lifts to all floor. Parking on site was a little expensive at £12 per day compared to local £4 per day in local carpark but secure and convenient

Great location 5 mins walk to city centre through a good street with lots of restaurants. Rooms are specious and clean. For the price we have paid it is an absolute bargain. You will have to pay extra for parking but for a city centre location it is definitely not that expensive. We have stayed for 4 nights with 2 young kids and enjoyed the apartment. Overall great apartment in a great location. 5*
