Leaving your home country is hard enough, self isolating for 10 days the moment you arrive even more so!!!
Overall the three months I have been there were wonderful. The staff always nice most of the time with some exception that could have been avoided with more info for me regarding the self isolating
Thanks for everything, roomzzz. Maybe one day I will see your team at Manchester. Will miss the street and my usual go to local supermarket.

Just stayed 3 nights at Roomzzz in Newcastle. Apartment was spacious, lovely and clean, fantastic shower. Free Welcome pack as well as coffee and continental breakfast from the lobby. Great location for Central Station and walk up into town or down to Quayside. Really quiet as well. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back. Highly Recommend.

I contacted the york hotel in advance to organise some balloons and chocolates in the room as it was our wedding anniversary and this was all sorted very quickly and without my husband knowing. when we arrived… we were told we had been upgraded to the split level room with balcony which was just such a lovely touch and we were so grateful. the room and amenities were top notch and the staff so friendly and helpful. we are members so had booked on an amazing two night deal which included an afternoon tea hamper in the room also so amazing value for money and could easily expect to pay a lot

I would highly recommend the Roomzzz Aparthotel in Manchester Corn Exchange. I lived there with my boyfriend for two months because of moving and this place is amazing. Quiet, helpful staff, everything is so… clean and beautiful. It was a surprise to met a Hungarian receptionist there ( Peter Csiki ), he helped us a lot in case of staying, looking around Manchester and other things as well, we could always count on him, and we are thankful for a friendship with him now. So thank you very much for the amazing stay, as soon as we can we go back!

Fantastic location and absolutely brilliant team at Friars House Roomzzz Aparthotel Newcastle. They looked after 20 key workers from rail infrastructure from Dec 19/June 20 7 months. We felt like we was at… home, the way the team looked after us. Gary, Star, Karen Leo, Scott and Andy and all the cleaners did a fantastic job with our apartments. Thank You Darren Stephenson.

Would just like to commend this hotel for great service. was meant to be attending Queen concert in June but unfortunately pushed back to next year due to current circumstances. Rang the hotel this morning and booking has been transferred without problem. Thank you for making a stressful situation more bearable .

My wife and I stayed here on 12th July for 1 night. Exceptionally clean and beautiful apartment with all facilities and a super comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there is parking on site for a very reasonable charge of £10 per night in a secure car park. I highly recommend Roomzzz Stratford and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to London.

The pictures are deceiving, I booked a apartment and the room was extremely tiny, I could barely walk through. The original room they assigned to me had TV hanging over the bed and was right next to kitchen appliances which is unsanitary. To get a room with balcony, this costs over £180 which is expensive for Stratford. The customer service is appalling, they didn't upgrade me complimentary which is standard when you are unhappy with the room size. The rooms are basic and the views aren't great. It is not worth the price, there is limited parking. I was made to pay extra £80 just to get a room

About 10 minutes walk from Stratford station, arrived to a very modern looking hotel with friendly and fast check-in. Room was very modern and vibrant with numerous facilities - microwave, fridge, cooker and excellent bed. Bathroom had a fantastic shower and plentiful hot water. Overall fantastic hotel and will be back.

It's modern, clean, spacious and secure. Absolutely love the fact that it's only a short walk away to Westfield Stratford & the tube station, as well as having an in house gym & self serve laundry! Staff at the front desk are also very nice which is a bonus. Everything in the apartment/building is obviously well thought out.
Cons: Seriously need more wardrobe space/drawers.

An amazing apart-hotel, great service, excellent facilities. I took my wife and 2 children for the weekend in London. Excellent value for money, grab and go breakfast was popular with the children, our showers and bathrooms were really good, in room kitchen fully equipped and to top it off we even had our own terrace off our kitchen living area with views of the city. The in-house gym wasn’t bad either, I highly recommend this place. Good value underground parking also.
