Good value for money but...we booked a suite for 3 people with 1 guest arriving later. The attendant directed her to the wrong apartment. She then went out and came back to find other guests in that apartment, where she'd left her belongings (including passport etc). When the attendant found out they went with her to get her belongings but seemed to find it amusing and didn't apologise. So defo lose points for that.

Stayed here twice now, would recommend. Get the feeling - 'cos of it's price point - it's popular with stag and hen crowds, and hoped that this didn't mean it was gonna go down hill.
Lift was broken and sensed it may have been 38 drunken party goers packing it - being dumb - and ruining the place! Perfect location and friendly staff. I reported any issues in the unit, as without this they can't improve. Could do with a few more basic utensils, black out curtains, and regular checks to see that everything works. But overall really nice place to stay and works out cheaper than some hotels!

Excellent location for city centre and Albert Dock. Clean inside with fresh towels provided every day. However, the blinds in our bedroom didn't close, we reported this to girl on reception and she really wasn't interested. This was a problem for two reasons 1. The bedroom was facing the street so anyone passing could see you get dressed or undressed 2. I got very little sleep with all the lights shining in all night 4 nights with no sleep is not good 🙁

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment for two nights, the apartment was clean and warm with more than adequate facilities.Location is great for Liverpool one shopping centre and clubs and pubs all within 10 minutes walking distance.The staff were friendly and more than helpful (especially a staff member called Helen who went to the trouble of posting my coat back to me when I absent mindidly left it behind on my stay). My only constructive critisim would be that the apartment could benefit from a little bit of a freshen up due to a few scuff marks here and there, but overall we were happy with our

We stayed in apartment 109 for the May Bank Holiday weekend as a family and its the worst hotel/apartment that I have ever stayed in. The blinds did not close and we woken early by the morning sun the room then quickly turned into a sauna. The showers were freezing, the noise from other apartments, staff and traffic on the road outside was ridiculous. We had the worst nights sleep ever. I have complained to management in person and by email several times and not had any acknowledgement, which I just find rude.

Good size room in a good location near the water front and shopping centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had everything I would expect based on the information. Can tell it is not a new place but everything in good condition consider the age. Sofa was not the best but the bed was comfortable.

Stayed here for two nights room 101 , three of us we had a ball, perfect room, ideally located for shops and docks, the apartment had everything we needed, clean and cosy warm with spectacular views over the city. The staff were a pleasure really helpful and very smiley a good laugh... highly recommend not a fault to be found and cheaper than the premier inn a real bargain with much more for your money thank you.
