Tony & Tim at Edison Ives have looked after my insurance policy for the last 2 years and they have been fantastic. I have had to make multiple changes mid policy a few times and with other companies in the past this has resulted in higher premiums and penalties. I was let down by another insurance broker at 5 o'clock on a Monday night with a project mobilizing on the Wednesday morning for which I had to have Rope access insurance for at £10M ELI/PLI.
Tony called me back after hours on the Monday night, got all of the information required (walked me through the document) and then put in a monumental effort to get the quotations back before my mobilization time. As a comparison I had other insurance brokers only responding to my enquiry 24hrs later.
Tony got everything in place in time for us to go offshore and successfully deliver our project. Absolute

The leaseholders in my building recently took on the challenge of becoming freeholders and with the completion date looming, we needed to secure new building insurance.
